I was sent this poem this morning and it is so powerful.
I now have it printed and on my notice board.
Perhaps it may help you maybe not today but perhaps in the future.
Sinead from Appletree Craft( https://www.appletreecrafts.ie/) thank you for this powerful poem.
When You Meet Someone Deep in Grief
by Patrica McKernon Runkle
Slip off your needs and set them by the door.
Enter barefoot this darkened chapel
Hollowed by loss hollowed by sorrow
It’s grey stone walls and floor.
You, congregation of one
Are here to listen not to sing.
Kneel in the back pew, make no sound.
Let the candles speak.
